journey

This is a deep dive into the world of soma and psyche toward transformation and deepening of your embodiment

This is a journey I’ve been on for years and an approach which doesn’t have a map but that has grown with me, through me and my faith in the power of transformation and my capacity to hold it.

We will walk together and for 3 to 6 months the path toward liberation of the body - mind - heart. Not the “body - mind - soul” as we often see, simply because the soul is already free. Only, we don’t remember as we live under restrictive patterns hindering our soulful expression, may they be physical, mental or emotional.

Our stories, even when they become conscious - and this is why in my opinion talk therapy alone is not enough, body work alone is not enough - these stories define how we walk in the world and live our lives, so this journey is an unravelling of our story lines, the songlines of our internal landscapes, and the opening to write a new one.

This journey is not necessarily “more advanced” but it is for the yearning soul, the ones aching for truth and authenticity, who have a deep seated will to break free from the hindrances that keep us living not in our most truthful and authentic expression.

It is a long container because mentoring takes time to build so you can lean in with trust. This is also the reason why I am opened to work in this way only with people who I have worked 1:1 already, at least once so we already get a feeling of eachother. It seems the safest way to approach it for me and I believe for you too as a client.

It is a 3 to 6 months commitment to yourself with two longer sessions a month or shorter session each week, we can define the rhythm that works best together.

During the time of your mentoring you will have access to my online group practices which will support you on your journey.

3 months engagement is 540€ / 6 months engagement 990€

ODA’ WORDS

What really sets Sophie apart is her ability to hold space. She has that quiet, intuitive sense of knowing when to guide, when to step back, and how to meet people exactly where they are. Whether it’s a movement cue or a difficult emotion, she brings a kind of calm precision, like she’s reading the situation with both her mind and her whole body.”

“In a way, my body is like the body of the Earth, which with its mountains, valleys, river beds and uneven topography tells the story of its history and creation as surely as my body expresses the trials and creative changes that I have experienced throughout my lifetime.” - Ken Dychtwald
