Deepening our Roots, Belonging to our Future is an Ecosomatic and nature-based Expressive Arts exploration. Our aim is to re-member and deepen our roots in the context of cultural deprivation and for any of us who can't quite answer the question of Home and belonging in a clear and straightforward way, so that we can envision a future to which we Belong.

sOMATIC Movement PRACTICE & EDUCATION
WEEKLY ONLINE MOVEMENT PRACTICE
I guide weekly movement practices as the first pillar to transformation. When we move everything moves as says my dear teacher and friend Satu Tuomela, and really this is the first law of nature. Movement is WHAT WE ARE, not something we do as Emilie Conrad stated (Continuum). So for me it is natural that every path toward self liberation or remembering, starts with movement.
I guide various practices, from restorative somatic sessions, to Shake the Dust. I also offer sometimes a Shake & Shape practice which mixes Shake and expressive arts.
These sessions are to gather and practice together and meant to stay accessible. Starting from 10€ to 15€ on a sliding scale.

SOMATIC EDUCATION WORKSHOPS
I guide once in a while some signature workshops
ALIVE which is a practice based workshop to explore practices of non-dual somatics (term coined by Satu Tuomela) and support the liberation of our aliveness.
RESTORE HOLD EXPAND which is nervous system reset and capacity building practice based and educational workshop. I taught these two up until now where I have been invited to teach physically but will take them online in the near future.

RE:SOURCE, ECOSOMATIC EXPRESSIVE ARTS GROUP ONLINE
I guide weekly a group expressive arts session called Re:Source. We take time to enter into connection with our inner ressources, cultivate them and give them shape, names, sounds, forms, etc.
As in 1:1 Expressive Arts sessions, we work with various art modalities from movement, to theater play, sound, visual art, installations, even photography or video.
Every art modality is made accessible in a way that you can access play from your home or wherever you are.
The difference with 1:1 sessions is that Re:Source group sessions always include some movement and group sharing which is optional.
There is no need to be an artist or artistic in any sense, the desire to explore and an attitude of curiosity are more than enough to enter the ritual of art making. Sessions are 1h30 on a sliding scale from 12€ to 20€
SOMATIC eXPRESSIVE ARTS 1:1
As a certified Expressive Arts practitioner I offer 1:1 sessions to explore challenges through the lens of deep play. It is NOT THERAPY but IT IS THERAPEUTIC as Expressive Arts creates doorways where our minds can’t find relief from a situation or story.
We use various art modalities from movement, to theater play, sound, visual art, installations, photography, video, to dive into the world of arts where we gather new perspectives and a chance to come out changed.
Every art modality is made accessible in a way that you can access play from your home or wherever you find yourself.
There is no need to be an artist or artistic in any sense, the desire to explore, and an attitude of curiosity are more than enough to enter the ritual of art making. It is really about our perspective on things, more than about the things. And this is exactly why this work and the Somatic work go so well hand-in-hand.
Single standing sessions are 65€ as they include some extra time getting to know each other.
I prefer to work on packages of 4 sessions at 240€ or 6 sessions at 360€, which raises our chances for shifts into your day to day. These package are valid for 6 months can be renewed whenever you feel like.
